Franco delivery from € 50 within Belgium, not franco is € 4.90 shipping cost, € 2.90 if you opt for a service point of delivery.
Franco delivery from € 70 within the Netherlands and Luxemburg, not franco is € 6.90 shipping cost

We deliver your gift by BPOST at home, in a postal point of your choice or at the office in the following countries: BENELUX

When We Deliver
We deliver orders from Monday to Friday. We always try to keep the stated delivery period or even shorten it.  Delivery deadlines are subject to availability at Boxxxie or her suppliers.  Our “on demand” products are always delivered according to availability at the suppliers.   We here also try to keep the delivery period as short as possible.

Because our products come from all over the world it may be that some products are a little longer on the road. To keep our ecological footprint as minimal as possible we group our orders so we have a minimum of transport.  Because of this and the fact that our products come from all over the world, it can happen that some products are temporarily out of stock.

 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Not satisfied with your product?  You can always return your order within the legal period of 14 days.   Boxxxie will repay the products excl. shipping costs if the following conditions are met:

  • The 14-day period is respected. This period is calculated from the delivery date to the customer
  • If a mail was sent to hello@boxxxie.eu with mention of which product will be returned with the following info:
    • Name + full address
    • mobile nr.
    • tracking code (example traking code)
    • Account number (for refund purchase amount)
    • Description of the product
    • Copy of the invoice or delivery note
  • The packaging of the products is unopened and the product is not damaged or used
  • Only the goods, not the transport costs, are refunded
  • If the product is damaged on delivery, proof must be provided here on the day of receipt.
  • Under proof we mean a dated photograph. You can send the picture to hello@boxxxie.eu
  • The customer must provide the invoice or delivery note when returning the goods
  • If the return is correct, Boxxxie will refund the amount at least 14 days after receipt
  • The goods are returned at their own risk and costs in original condition and packaging with BPOST. Boxxxie provides you with the necessary return documents.
  • Some products fall under the legal exceptions. Perishable, “on demand” products or personalised products cannot be returned as well as goods that are specifically ordered for the customer such as e.g. personalized goods, goods that do not belong to our assortment by default.
  • Goods in promotion or sales cannot be returned either.
