NEW CUSTOMER

If you visit our webshop you can do this without registering. You can incognito view our products and shop. As soon as you place an order, we do need your address and email. This is to send your order confirmation, order and invoice.

DELIVERY TERMS OF PRODUCTS

• the delivery time is specified for each item
• We deliver stock products within 1 to 3 working days.
• We deliver “on demand” items within 2-3 weeks, depending on availability with our supplier
• if the item says “sold out” then the product can temporarily not be ordered (we supplement this asap)
• If you no longer find your item in our shop, it is no longer available

CAN I PACK MY PURCHASES AS A GIFT

Goodies that are purchased separately can be packed. Add to, when finalising your order, by “comments” that you would like this packaged. The products are packaged together per order, except if otherwise stated in the remark when completing your order. This service is free.

ORDERING LARGER NUMBERS

It can for sure ! Do you want more of a product than the quantity in stock? Send us an email with the item and the quantity you wish to purchase. We will contact you as soon as possible. Possibly we can offer even larger numbers at a better price, which is always nice, right?

HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFTVOUCHER

With a Boxxxie gift voucher you always give the perfect gift. The receiver can spend this at will and view his / her balance at any time on the account page. Fun guaranteed several times!

• Once your payment has been registered, you will receive the discount code from your gift voucher by e-mail.
• when paying you can choose from the following options:
♦ send the gift vouchers to me:
—- • you receive the gift voucher in a gift box FREE by BPOST. Handy and beautiful to give.
♦ send the gift vouchers to someone else:
—- • the recipient (s) will receive the discount code ONLY via e-mail and not in a gift box.
• validity period is 6 months after issue

HOW TO REDEEM A GIFTVOUCHER

The receiver of your gift voucher must register the unique discount code stated on the voucher:
• this way he links the codes to his account so that only he / she can use them, safe isn’t it?
• After registration, the receiver can withdraw the amount in several times and always consult his balance.

PICKING UP YOUR ORDER

• no, these are only sent with BPOST
• you can always opt for home delivery or at a pick-up point of your choice

HOW MANY ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS

Free delivery from € 40 within Belgium, not free is € 4.90 shipping costs, € 2.90 if you opt for a delivery at a collection point.
• free delivery from € 60 within the Netherlands and Luxembourg, non-free delivery is € 6.90 shippingcost
• these conditions apply to orders up to 30 kg and within the permitted dimensions

CAN I FOLLOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

• all shipments with a weight of less than 30 kg and within the permitted dimensions are sent with BPOST
• as soon as we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation by email
• as soon as the goods leave our warehouse you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a tracking code

CAN I GET AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER

• All purchased goods are invoiced at the billing address you have specified
• For Intra-Community deliveries, a valid VAT number is automatically checked
• without a valid VAT number, the products are charged with the applicable VAT rate in Belgium
• invoices are always sent automatically by e-mail.
• if you have an account, you can always consult your invoices or download them on “my account”

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER

Not satisfied with your product? At Boxxxie you can return your order within a period of 30 days . Boxxxie will then refund the products incl. Shipping costs if the 30-day period is respected. This period is calculated from the delivery date at the customer.

To process your return, we ask you to send us an email to hello@boxxxie.eu  with the following info regarding the return shipment:

• name + full address of buyer
• account number (for refund of purchase amount)
• description + number of the product
• copy of the invoice or delivery note

The goods are returned at their own risk and expense in original condition and packaging with BPOST. Some products fall under the legal exceptions such as perishable goods, personalized items and products in sales. These goods cannot be returned. After checking and acceptance of the returned goods, Boxxxie will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the goods. Our “on demand” products can never be returned so that the right of withdrawal on these products expires.

SUSTAINABLE

Boxxxie is working very hard on sustainability. Today’s sustainability is really a must. We do this by paying extra attention to the following points and by fully working on this:

We offer the possibility to collect your package at a collection point. As a result, there are fewer rides per truck or van = more packages per ride. So no unnecessary extra rides. Your package can therefore be sent cheaper. A real win-win situation.

We package our packages as small as possible so that unnecessary waste of space in the truck is avoided = more packages per collection.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay with BANCONTACT, IDEAL, PAYPAL and CREDIT CARDS. When completing your order you can choose the payment method of your choice.

With online payment, you are in the secure environment of MOLLIE during the completion of the ordering process and you can safely complete the payment using your card and card reader. Afterwards you will receive an automatic confirmation email with an overview of your order.
