Please note that collection of the goods can only take place after receipt of your payment.

We deliver orders within 3 to 5 business days. This from Monday to Friday. We always try to keep the stated delivery time or even shorten it. Delivery times are subject to availability at Boxxxie or its suppliers. Our “on demand” products are always delivered according to availability at the suppliers. Here too we try to keep the delivery time as short as possible.

Because our products come from all over the world it may be that some products are a little longer on the road. To keep our ecological footprint as minimal as possible we group our orders so we have a minimum of transport.  Because of this and the fact that our products come from all over the world, it can happen that some products are temporarily out of stock.

Not satisfied with your product? You can return your order for FREE within a period of 30 days. Boxxxie will then refund the products if the period of 30 days is respected. This term is calculated from the delivery date to the customer.

In order to process your return, we ask you to fill in this RETURN REQUEST form. Fill in this form and stick it on your packaging. Take it to a collection point of BPOST or a post office of your choice. The return is FREE.

The goods are returned at your own risk in their original condition and packaging with BPOST. Some products fall under the legal exceptions such as perishable goods, personalized items, products in top deal and products in sales. These goods cannot be returned. After inspection and acceptance of the returned goods, Boxxxie will at the latest within 14 days. refund the purchase amount after receipt of the goods.

If products are returned that are damaged, not in accordance with the above or incomplete, they will not be refunded and automatically become the property of Boxxxie again.

Our “on demand” products can never be returned, so that the right of withdrawal on these products expires.

A damaged product? We do everything to prevent this. You can return this product within a period of 14 days. Boxxxie will then refund the products incl. Shipping costs if the period of 14 days is respected. This period is calculated from the delivery date at the customer.

To process your return, we ask you to complete this return request form.

By damaged goods we mean the following:
• goods that were damaged during transport

By damaged goods we do NOT mean damage that:
• have been caught while unpacking the goods
• incurred while trying out the goods
• incurred due to careless handling of the goods
• incurred by incorrect use, in whatever way

The goods are returned at their own risk and expense in original condition and packaging with BPOST. After checking and accepting the returned goods, Boxxxie will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving the goods.

With a returned package (refused, absent during offer, not picked up in time at the collection point or parcel machine) you have 2 options:
• option 1 : you request a new offer for your package
– after payment of the effective postage costs, your package will be sent back to you.

• option 2 you no longer wish to receive this shipment
– we refund the amount paid, after deduction of the effective return costs.
