GIMBER MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

  • 25 ml GIMBER
  • 60ml sparkling water
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 15ml sugared water
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • piece of dried ginger
  • ½ lime cut into segments
  • crushed ice

 

PREPARATION

1 Put the mint leaves, lime and sugar water in the glass
2 Mix everything well
3 Add GIMBER and lime juice
4 Add crushed ice
5 Pour the sparkling water on top
6 garnish with fresh mint leaves and dried ginger
