GIMBER SYRUP AS TOPPING

METHOD

1. Put four tablespoons of GIMBER and four tablespoons of sugar perched in a pan. Heat until the sugar is dissolved.

2. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes (without discolouring) and then let cool. The syrup then becomes thicker.
