GREEN ASPARAGUS WITH TAGLIATELLE

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 green asparagus per person
  • 100-150 gr tagliatelle per person
  • 4-5 cl GIMBER
  • olive oil
  • creme
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • finely chopped parsley and basil
  • garlic

METHOD

Put some olive oil in the pan. Bake the asparagus for 7 minutes on an average heat. Add the Gimber and cook for 1 minute. Finish with some coarse salt.

Cook the tagliatelle “al dente” according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and squeeze the fourth clove of garlic in it. Fry the garlic briefly and then add the whipped cream and the chopped parsley and basil. Season the sauce with pepper & amp; salt. Now mix the tagliatelle with the sauce and finish with the asparagus and the freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
