SPICY HAMBURGER

PREPARATION

Shape the meat into four hamburgers and season well with Nicolas Vahé BBQ dry rub. Brush with extra virgin olive oil and grill them on a grill on the barbecue. Do not turn the burgers until they release easily. Fry the bacon in a pan.

Cover every burger with a layer of Nicolas Vahé mayonnaise. Place it together with 2 green lettuce leaves and 2 scoops of bacon on the sandwich. On top of this, 1-2 tablespoons of Nicolas Vahé BBQ sauce, pickled pickles and the top of the bun. Lets eat !
